All the misery of the people comes from the fact that they cannot stay quietly in their rooms.
Art as an act of creation has been seen as the opposite of the hardship of work, at least since German idealism - while current statistics do not show a higher number of burnout cases in any industry. The film “The Great Pause” focuses on this contradiction against the background of the restrictions on public life during the corona pandemic.
